ما البيانات التي نجمعها؟

لا نطلب منك أي بيانات لتصفّح الموقع (إن فُعِّل عدّاد الزوار نحفظ بصمة مشفّرة لا يمكن الرجوع منها إلى عنوانك، تُمحى بعد ثلاثة أيام، لعدّ الزيارات فقط). نجمع البيانات فقط عندما ترسل نموذج التواصل:

• الاسم — لمخاطبتك بالشكل الصحيح.
• رقم الهاتف — للرد عليك.
• الخدمة المطلوبة وتفاصيل المشروع — لفهم طلبك.
• بيانات تقنية محدودة — عنوان IP ووقت الإرسال والصفحة التي أُرسل منها الطلب، وذلك لأغراض الحماية من الإرسال المتكرر والمزعج فقط.

وعند شراء خدمة من متجر الخدمات نجمع إضافةً إلى ما سبق:

• البريد الإلكتروني (اختياري) وملاحظاتك على الطلب.
• سجل الطلب — رقم الطلب والخدمة والمبلغ وحالة الدفع، مع عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح وقت إنشاء الطلب.

لا نستقبل ولا نحفظ بيانات بطاقتك إطلاقًا. عملية الدفع تتم بالكامل على صفحات بوابة الدفع، ولا يمر رقم البطاقة على خادمنا في أي مرحلة.

لا يُحمَّل في الموقع أي كود تحليلات أو تتبّع دون علمك: إذا فُعِّلت أدوات قياس يظهر لك شريط ملفات تعريف الارتباط أولًا، ولا يعمل شيء منها قبل موافقتك الصريحة.

⚙ إعدادات ملفات تعريف الارتباط — غيّر قرارك
موافقتك محفوظة في متصفحك لمدة سنة، وتُطلب من جديد إذا تغيّرت قائمة أدوات التتبّع.

كيف نستخدمها؟

• للرد على استفسارك وإرسال عرض السعر.
• لحفظ سجل بطلبك حتى لا يضيع إذا انقطع التواصل.

لا نستخدم بياناتك لأي غرض تسويقي دون موافقتك، ولا نبيعها أو نؤجّرها لأي طرف.

أين تُحفظ؟

تُحفظ على خادم الموقع في مجلد غير متاح للوصول العام، ولا يطّلع عليها إلا فريق ثيبس إنترناشيونال المخوَّل. لا تُنقل إلى أي خدمة خارجية من جانبنا، باستثناء بوابة الدفع الإلكتروني عند شرائك خدمة: نُرسل لها اسمك ورقم هاتفك وبريدك (إن وُجد) ورقم الطلب والمبلغ، لتنفيذ الدفع فقط. وتصل نسخة من طلبك إلى البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بالفريق — وإلى حساب تليجرام الخاص بالفريق إن كان مفعّلًا — كتنبيه بوصوله.

واتساب

زر «إرسال عبر واتساب» يفتح تطبيق واتساب على جهازك برسالة جاهزة. عند إتمام الإرسال تنتقل الرسالة عبر خدمة واتساب وتخضع لسياسة خصوصية واتساب. نحن لا نتحكم في تلك الخدمة.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببيانات طلبات التواصل للمدة اللازمة للرد ومتابعة العلاقة التجارية، ثم تُحذف عند انتفاء الحاجة أو بناءً على طلبك.

حقوقك

يحق لك في أي وقت أن تطلب:

• الاطّلاع على البيانات المحفوظة عنك.
• تصحيحها.
• حذفها نهائيًا.
• سحب موافقتك على معالجتها.

Who we are

Thebes International E-Commerce (trade name: Thebes International) — an advertising and digital marketing agency, trade license no. 262219504888, headquartered in Amber Gem Tower, Sheikh Khalifa Street, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, with branches in Kuwait and Cairo. Website: thebes.international

What data do we collect?

Browsing the site requires no data from you (if the visitor counter is on, we keep an encrypted fingerprint that cannot be traced back to your address, deleted after three days, only to count visits). We only collect data when you submit the contact form:

• Name — so we can address you properly.
• Phone number — so we can reply.
• Requested service and project details — to understand your request.
• Limited technical data — IP address, submission time and the page the request came from, used solely to prevent repeated and abusive submissions.

When you buy a service from the services store we additionally collect:

• Email address (optional) and any notes you add to the order.
• Order record — order number, service, amount and payment status, together with the IP address and browser type at the time the order was created.

We never receive or store your card details. Payment happens entirely on the payment gateway's own pages; your card number never passes through our server at any point.

No analytics or tracking code loads on the site without your knowledge: when measurement tools are enabled, the cookie banner appears first and none of them runs before your explicit consent.

⚙ Cookie settings — change your choice
Your choice is stored in your browser for one year, and is asked again whenever the list of tracking tools changes.

How do we use it?

• To answer your enquiry and send you a quote.
• To keep a record of your request so it is not lost if contact breaks off.

We never use your data for marketing without your consent, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.

Where is it stored?

On the website server, in a directory that is not publicly accessible. Only authorized Thebes International staff can view it. We do not transfer it to any external service, except the online payment gateway when you buy a service: we send it your name, phone number, email (if given), order number and amount, solely to process the payment. A copy of your request is also sent to our team's own email inbox — and to the team's own Telegram account if enabled — as an alert that it arrived.

WhatsApp

The "Send via WhatsApp" button opens WhatsApp on your device with a prepared message. Once you send it, the message travels through WhatsApp's service and is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy. We do not control that service.

Retention

We keep contact request data for as long as needed to reply and maintain the commercial relationship, then delete it when no longer needed or upon your request.

Your rights

At any time you may request to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct it.
• Delete it permanently.
• Withdraw your consent to processing.

Children

Our services target businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
