1. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك موقع thebes.international فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.
2. طبيعة المحتوى
محتوى الموقع تعريفي بخدمات ثيبس إنترناشيونال. الأعمال المعروضة في معرض الأعمال هي نماذج توضيحية لطبيعة خدماتنا، ولا تُعد التزامًا بنتيجة محددة لأي مشروع.
أسعار ومدد خدمات «متجر الخدمات» معلنة في صفحة كل خدمة، وتسري على النطاق الموصوف فيها. أما المشاريع الخاصة أو ما يزيد عن هذا النطاق، فتُحدَّد أسعارها ومددها بعرض سعر مكتوب منفصل.
3. الملكية الفكرية
جميع عناصر الموقع — التصميم والنصوص والصور والشعار — مملوكة لثيبس إنترناشيونال أو مستخدَمة بترخيص. لا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة نشرها أو استخدامها تجاريًا دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
شعارات وعلامات العملاء الظاهرة على الموقع مملوكة لأصحابها وتُعرض للتعريف بالتعاون فقط.
4. التواصل وطلبات العروض
إرسال نموذج التواصل ليس تعاقدًا. التعاقد لا ينعقد إلا بعرض سعر مكتوب موقّع من الطرفين، ويُستثنى من ذلك شراء خدمة من «متجر الخدمات»، إذ يتم الطلب بإتمام الدفع وتسري عليه هذه الشروط وسياسة الاسترجاع. نبذل جهدًا معقولًا للرد على الطلبات خلال أيام العمل، دون التزام بمدة محددة.
5. المتجر — ديجيتال كي والدورات والهدايا
تُطلق أقسام «ديجيتال كي» و«الدورات» و«الهدايا» تباعًا. القسم الذي تظهر صفحته بحالة «قريبًا» لا يُقبل من خلاله أي طلب أو دفع، وتُنشر شروط البيع الخاصة بكل قسم عند إطلاقه.
5-أ. متجر الخدمات
أسعار متجر الخدمات تشمل النطاق الموصوف لكل خدمة؛ وأي عمل إضافي خارج هذا النطاق يُسعَّر بعرض منفصل قبل تنفيذه. مدد التسليم تُحسب بأيام العمل من تاريخ استلام كل المواد منك. الإلغاء والاسترداد تحكمهما سياسة الاسترجاع.
6. الروابط الخارجية
يحتوي الموقع على روابط لمواقع خارجية (مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، واتساب، يوتيوب، خرائط جوجل). لا نتحمّل مسؤولية محتوى تلك المواقع أو سياساتها.
7. حدود المسؤولية
يُقدَّم الموقع «كما هو». نبذل جهدًا معقولًا لإبقاء المعلومات دقيقة ومتاحة، دون ضمان خلوّه من الأخطاء أو الانقطاع. ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي ضرر غير مباشر ناتج عن استخدام الموقع.
8. الخصوصية
معالجة بياناتك موضحة في سياسة الخصوصية، وهي جزء لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط.
9. تعديل الشروط
يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط، ويسري التعديل من تاريخ نشره على هذه الصفحة.
10. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكم إمارة عجمان بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

2. Nature of the content
The site introduces Thebes International's services. Works shown in the portfolio are illustrative samples of the nature of our services and are not a commitment to a specific outcome for any project.
Prices and turnaround times for services in the Services Store are published on each service's page and apply to the scope described there. Custom projects, or work beyond that scope, are priced and scheduled in a separate written quote.
3. Intellectual property
All site elements — design, text, images and logo — are owned by Thebes International or used under license. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.
Client logos and marks shown on the site belong to their owners and are displayed to indicate collaboration only.
4. Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact form is not a contract. A contract is formed only through a written quote signed by both parties, except when purchasing a service from the Services Store, where the order is placed upon completing payment and is governed by these terms and our Refund Policy. We make reasonable efforts to reply during business days, without committing to a fixed period.
5. Store — Digital Keys, Courses and Gifts
The "Digital Keys", "Courses" and "Gifts" sections launch one by one. No order or payment is accepted through a section whose page shows "coming soon"; each section's sale terms are published when it launches.
5a. Services store
Services store prices cover the scope described for each service; any extra work beyond that scope is quoted separately before it starts. Turnaround times are counted in business days from the date all materials are received from you. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. External links
The site contains links to external websites (social media, WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Maps). We are not responsible for their content or policies.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and available, without guaranteeing it is free of errors or interruption. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
8. Privacy
How we process your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
9. Changes
We may amend these terms; amendments take effect from the date published on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
